How can I build a small sounproof room ?

I want to build a small sound proof room or corner inside a regular size bedroom, I want to make it in the corner of the room I would have to build another wall against that corner, but i want to know how to design it what angles the walls should be also we have a low budget so we are not looking for expensive styrofoam we want informtion on other materials that can take its place for example cardboard, carpet and those things yadaimean. I also want to add a little window so you can view the person thats recording but i dont know if theres certain special kind of windows is there well i would really appreciate the help. thanx's _ONE
