I thought that was the case. I know in Detroit every house you buy you have to do a C of O. I fnot you get fined left and right, and then the city inspectors know you buy name...... That is unless you are a crony....

you sound like you speak from experiance,giles :lol: . im no croonie so i'll have to do everything the right way. forgot to mention before i got my labor sewn up when i grt ready to start,family bud is a union carpenter,wifes cousin is a union insulator may have cheap inside track on the needed rockwool :P . i'm a union heavey equipment operator and union brother and sisters stick together :wink:
