I just got a building that is unfinished
30 x32, I want to put in a control room /iso booth and drum booth.
What is the best way to go at this.. Anyone have any plans for something similar..

Why don't you look around and make a plan yourself. Then ask the magic question: what can I do better?....Or do you want people to do it for you?
BTW, You need to give a lot more details about the property as well as your planned studio.
