What a fantastic site! I've read all the preliminary stuff and am trying to get my studio plans into the kind of shape you guys might be able to help me with.
I'm well impressed with all the little drawings and diagrams you do. Can anybody recommend a simple program (preferably free, or cheap) that I could do this in? I've been mucking around in MS Photodraw but I can't work out how to do the technical stuff in it - making sure lines are a particular length or have particular symmetrical sets of angles, etc. It all seems very "freehand".
Also, once I have a design, presumeably I export it as a jpeg, and how then do I post it? Do I need my own webspace to put it on, and then post a link here, or is there somewhere on this site that these are all kept? I don't know much about how that stuff works.
