Just was wondering from those who have finished off basements for their studios if there is any special procedures that you take to prevent moisture, bugs, flooding...etc... I am moving this weekend and have access to a basement in an appartment that I will be living in that I have been given permission to setup anything I like as long as I can revert it whenever I move. I will be there for a while so I would like to build something semi-permanant. It is also a Michigan basement if that helps which is usually dark, moisture filled, and lots of cobwebs.... :lol: so I have my work cut out for me I guess... 8) Thanks in advance for suggestions!
