Hey all, first post here but i'm reading with a lot of interest this forum for several months now... I'm living in France and i'm building this studio in a basement... The cell high is about 2.10 meters, all the dimensions on the drawing are in meteres (sorry i didn't do the conversion). If anyone of you can tell me what error i made or what could be better to do, or where i could place basstraps... The basement is now empty and I have about 15,000 euros to spend. A last thing, the stairs can't be moved. Thanx in advance. http://img250.imageshack.us/img250/5926/studio236mw.jpg
Kane - is it possible to use the closet as an entrance hallway? what's in there? I was thinking you could access the rear of a control room via the closet leaving the rest of the space for a larger studio. like this cheers john

That was fast... and simply BRILLANT ! Yes the config can be done like this, the closet was an unused space, it looks great like this, thanx a lot for the work. A last question, due to the small dimensions, do I have to put some basstraps and where do they will be the most effective ?
Yes Kane - the rear wall of the control room is one place you will need heavy absorption and in the studio the right or left walls need to have the parallel walls broken down. cheers john
Thanx for your precious advices, I'll post pics when it will be done :)
