Hanging heavy theater curtains?

Does anyone know an inexpensive way to hang heavy theater curtains? I would prefer that they also be able to be drawn (NOT fixed in place, in other words), as well. If expensive tracking is the only way to go, would anyone know of a resource for used tracking?

I'm in the same situation. Not really curtains, but some carpet-like stuff that I'll be hanging these days. Basically, a collapsibe, spring-loaded shower rail, that doesn't require making holes in the walls... What is tracking, btw?
