G'day, i posted this a far while ago but no one has responded.
any way i will try again, simpliefied.
basically i have 6mx3m to play with, i want to be able to track and have a control room in this space.. the tracking room will record drums, and guitars as well as vocals. individually of course.
my question is how should i divide the room into two?
which room should i make the bigger of the two, as i Know having a 3x3 would not be a good room mode.
please could i get some feedback on this!

Do you have a drawing of the way the space looks now?
be sure it has dimensions, window doow placement, and breaker box (fuse box), water lines/pipes, hvac ducts ( All that apply )
having this kind on info will gives us more to work on in order to be able to help you
