sorry guys - I've been fighting a damn flu that's been going around my area and have been flat on my back sleeping it off and avoiding serious mental thought as it hurts when I do it :)

I sympathise with you cause I also have been fighting an upper respitory infect for the last 2 weeks. I'm think I'm starting to get over the worst part of it since I started taking vitamin c tablets a few days ago.
