Control room size?

g'day g'day, i have a bay of a garage(metal) that will be erected soon at my disposall. its deminsions are 6m x 3 (i'm aussy so i think thats about 20' x 10'?) and i plan on putting a studio in there. plan on putting just a control room and a live room (no room for anything else) how big should i make my control room? I want the live room big enough to record drums. and any suggestions about the construction would be muchly apprieciated. ive got a plan off sae that looks good any comments?
