In Home Studio Floor Plan

Hello guys, I just recently bought a house. And I was wondering if anyone would know what would suite me best? Studio is going in basement, it is a day light basement. 9ft High Walls Concrete Walls Concrete Floors I would like to have a drum room, guitar room, vocal booth, storage booth, and a control room, and a lobby. I would prefer to have the lobby just a little sitting room.
