Building a recording studio almost from zero - WBH's project

Hello, everybody here :) I'm starting to make my own studio - a place where music may be produced 24hours per day; a temple of comfortable and easy work... :D Look - that's what i got now:

In this thread will be all documentation. I can make my dreams come true with your little help, i think :]

So, what do u think about potential of this room? :> I want to rec vocals, make fat beats and mix track's here - all that stuff needed to make good rap album, ya know ;) I'm waiting for your practice advice :o Best regards from Poland, cheers :)
