Can I make this unique studio space work? [Sketchup Renders]

So, this is a loft/condo that I am purchasing that has not been built yet. These are some 3D renders I did of the place. I do not know very much about acoustics but I do have a small studio setup that I use very much in my current apartment space. Here's the deal. The floor, ceiling and block side-walls are cement. I imagine this place is going to have insane reverb. I am not beyond eventually closing off the studio space and trying to make a room, or at least a dividing wall with the ceiling left open to help, but the space I have to work with is very small as is. Is there anything I can do as far as material types and placement? Which wall should I put the computer and monitors against? It is a blank space at this point and that desk, I added. Turning it into a room with 4 walls will not be feasible for a while, so please, suggestions are needed. Thanks!

any chance of posting .skp file?? cheers john
The file is too big to attach, but I will see what I can do about getting it hosted. Thanks for looking! Edit: John, check your email. :) OH, and it may go without saying, but aesthetics are VERY important. I have an iMac G5 that will be wall mounted. Other equipment is getting minimal. Pretty much just use my computer for everything these days, but I have a few things (pre/amp, drum machines) that need to stick around. It should also go noted that I make electronic music, so minimal recording stuff. I just need a control room, more or less.
