What do you think about these designs?

Hi all, I am starting a new house with a large basement, I have sectioned off an area to be built as a studio. Basically, I am looking for an accurate control room and one live room with or without a vocal booth depending on the design. Below is the full basement, outline of the studio area and a few designs I have come up with. At this point I have an empty canvas any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks Richard
