Can I get some help please?

Me and my business partner are going to be moving our project studio into a house with a basement. I am currently trying to figure out the best way to manage the space as we would like to have a project/commercial studio. I roughly have 973 sq feet to play with. 31.2 x31.2 with an 8 ft ceiling. It's gonna be in a residential area so soundproofing is a must. I also would like minimal noise transmission to the rest of the house. We really don't want the ceiling to end up less than 7 ft. I need to get atleast 3 rooms out of this space. A control room, a studio, and a green room. I would also like a midi studio but that's not a major concern. Any help in this area will be greatly appreciated as I haven't a clue how to best accomplish this big task. Thanks in advance
