hello, I am getting ready to build a building for my home studio. I am considering 18x30 or 25x40 for the building. I need to have a restroom of decent size because I would like to add a shower to it. 18x30 or 25x40 is large for just a WC. :P
Do you want any other rooms? Control? Live? Iso? Equipment? Reverb chamber? Lounge? Smoke room? Storage?
What kind of music? How do you play/record?
