This is yet another basement studio design. I have not finished it to include the rear wall absorbers, and rear corner absorber. The ceiling will be 100% absorbant with 4" of OC 705 so I did not go though the trouble of drawing it.
Any and all suggestion are most welcome and most appreciated. Thank you all for your time and consideration.

Robert - did you intentionally draw the speakers at 45 degrees instead of the standard 30 degrees??

John, Thanks for replying. I seem to recall where you suggested this design for a similar size basement studio before, as you did with Hello Studio's. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am certainly willing to do whatever you suggest in order to get the maximum result.
I should also note that the 12 degree side walls will be slats as your design suggests and not solid as I have illustrated. I also did not draw anything on the small space on the front wall. I am not sure what to do there. I have seen some pics on this site where that space is 100% absorbant, and some where they are completely solid, and yet some others that are slats as well. So any suggestion will be greatly appreciated there as well.
I am actually thinking of raising my Mackie HR824's to 54" inches as well, but I will have to calculate that angle to the listening position.
The reason for raising them is to make sure that I clear my computer monitors as much as possible, so that sound is hitting me most directly. Sound Good??
Thanks again I look forward to hearing from you.
Fine - just wanted to make sure you were aware of it - yes 90 can work and if you check Hello testing you'll note the speakers are raised and angled forward.
