21 x 12 control rom redesign

Hi folks, Just posting for a friend. He wants to redesign the control and or add acoustic treatment. they are also several other rooms connected to this control. Any tips would do wonders. Ceilings are 8ft high. Drywall on all walls and ceilings, wood on floors. RIght now he has about 12 DIY tubes(different sizes) in front of the desk. There are 2 round metal beams, one on each side of the desk that cannot be moved. Thanks folks
