1.- Does the density of the material affects the sound absortion and RT60?? Yes; best all around is 3 lbs per cubic foot; metric would be 48 kG per cubic meter. 2.- Does all the corner perimeter of a room needs this absorber? as many vertical corners as are available, and may need some in wall/ceiling corners as well, depending partially on the ratios of room dimensions. 3.- What is the way to fit the rockwool, A or B ?? B is the way; this gives a variable air gap behind the absorbent, so you get a wider range and lower frequency of absorption for a more even room response... Steve
Could be cornertraps angles type B works? or must be type A? The A way eats so much space of rehearsal rooms... both of them are 3' wide.

B is better, A will still do something, but not go as low in frequency with absorption. B is what you first posted. Use it. Andre
but option B in the second picture? B in the angles question?? :?:
what about this idea?

Hugo, in your later pix the uneven corner treatments will save some floor space, but won't absorb as low a frequencies as the EVEN corners; and, if your clients are into metal, etc, music, the lower absorption frequency in the rooms the better. If you don't have a lot of space, you could first do all the wall/ceiling corners with 2 foot wide roxul; then, you might only need to do two of your vertical corners with the 3 foot wide EVEN corner treatments in order to balance out the room... Three questions: 1.- If I understand correctly, your idea is to put 2' rigid fiberglass or rockwool in all the ceiling perimeter. And only 3' rigid fiberglass in two of the 4 corners. 2.- How can I attach the absorber to the ceiling? 3.- This morning I've been ataching flexible fiberglass 80 mm thick to the oposite wall of the door. Aprox it's 8 square meters. The REVERBERATION now is so much lower than yesterday. If I cover the fiberglass with fabric, reverb will change so much? Thanks
