New Studio + House, 50'x80' 2 Story

Details... a 50'x 80' steel building 20' at edges 12/3 pitch, steel span construction. Must have, Entry on short side, center, opening into a 50x30 open room to accomadate small stage club setup, this room is not part of the studio. Kitchen/Bar located in center area (can be shoved left/right within reason, as asthetics are important here) A conference room, bathroom, storage room (one for studio and one for house) Studio requirements.... I see main studio room being as tall as it needs to be so don't be restricted on height, storage will be located above studio if room exists. Main room needs to be large enough to accomadate bands who can't be separated (I've had those days). Secondary room big enough for drum kit or baby grand piano. Maybe a third for a vocal room. Control Room should accomadate 5-6 comfortably, with desk being essentially a Mackie dxb. We're not looking to challange for high end studios, we're looking for mid range, high quality demo space, which someday could be converted to a more high quality tracking area. Music to be recorded most prominanty would be of a matchbox 20/ben folds five/ so high power metal isn't going to happen much... Let me know any thoughts... have fun.
