New Studio

Hello group I am looking at designing a small basement studio with a control room I would appreciate your help as to a suitable design. The attached basement plan suggest what i have in mind. From the top of existing concrete floor to underside of floor joist is 89" the joist is 9" deep.also the inside of the outer wall is insulated from the underside of the josit 51" down. Please advise i want to start construction very soon. Thanks
