Hugo, the Olympia should work OK for rehearsal rooms; I would recommend, if you use it, to get the DONN DXW style of gridwork; it has wider support, so you can put insulation on top of the ceiling panels to improve trapping in the room and cut down on the possibility of buzzing from the panels rattling against the grids. For the studio, there are too many products for me to even start; by now, you should be getting an idea of what properties are important for this. The next step would be to check locally for materials that might work, check prices, get samples, and then ask again based on what you can actually GET in your area. Generally, you want more absorption (all across the frequency spectrum) in a CR than in a live room, and usually EVEN MORE absorption in a small booth - so one of the specifications to look at for materials is their sound absorbing coefficients. Beyond that, you can use a Reverb calculator to find out how well-balanced your absorption choices are - there is one here - http://www.saecollege.de/reference_mate ... m#verbcalc Be sure to check at ALL frequencies for ALL materials, and choose between Metric and Imperial measure...
