Couldn't find a translation, how thick is this wood? Is it a large panel, with grooves to make it LOOK like separate boards? Steve
this wood is 2 mm - 4 mm thick aprox. And yes, "with grooves to make it LOOK like separate boards" but there are no gaps between it. I hope this info will be usefull. thanks
That's pretty thin - if you were making panel type bass traps, this could be useful, but you would need to know the panel weight and size to calculate. For soundproofing, worthless... Steve
a basstraps doesn't need gaps between the slats? in this plan could be useful for the rear panels? You know, Steve, what are the black areas in the rear panels?

In that location, especially in a smaller room (less than about 3-4 meters from your head to the rear wall) you should only have broadband absorption (deep frame, fiberglass and cloth ONLY) - otherwise, you will get early reflections back from that wall which will make your stereo imaging less clear... Steve
something like this? but in all the rear wall?? or only a half heigh is enough? http://www.bobgolds.com/Absorber/home.htm

That will work fine; full height is better, because ALL corners will have bass build-up... Steve
