Hi all-
I'm looking at homes to buy in Portland, OR and many of the homes I'm looking at have already finished basements. Is it possible or advisable to build out the walls to achieve M-A-M isolation and build out seperate rooms within the larger single rooms most of these finished basements already have?
If not, I could narrow down my search for a home with an unfinished basement, but that feels a little crazy, despite the fact the studio is a major factor in the home I want...
My plan is to not float the floor and to have a control room, a live room and 1 iso booth unless space permits for more booths...
Any thoughts or sage wisdom appreciated.
