Air direction opossed to the sound direction stops it??

If I have 3 rooms with this air extraction tubes will the sound easy go into the other rooms althoug the air is opossed to it?? BLACK arrows are AIR direction RED arrows are SOUND direction

The direction of air travel has almost NO EFFECT on sound transmission - the speed of sound is approximately 340 meters per second, and proper speed of air travel in ductwork is around 2-3 meters per second, so the sound can "swim upstream" almost as well as it can "swim downstream", so to speak. What you want for air handling is for each room to have BOTH inlet and outlet ducting run as SEPARATE pipes all the way from the air supply/return unit to EACH ROOM - otherwise, the sound will travel up one duct and back to the next room with too short a path, so not enough isolation between the rooms...
