I am trying to come out with an initial layout plan.
How can I use this space?
Need a small vocal booth and a large as possible Control Room and the pink area is the space that I have.
I know you guys hate block diagrams but can't seem to come out with a decent layout.
Thanx for all the help.
Inputs Please!

Thanx John, here is a more detailed drawing plus an initial layout I came up with.
Well my space changed a bit, now I have exactly 11’x19’ space to work with.
This is a 20’x20’ garage space and I will use a little over half of it for the studio.
It will be a room in a room design.
The existing floor is concrete and the studio floors will be floated.
Existing ceiling height is 9’5”
I’d prefer a larger Control Room since most of my work is mixing, remixing and mastering, occasionally vox/gtr overdubs no drum recording
The space being in an existing garage should I still do double or staggered walls?
I’m not too worried about sound going out but would rather focus on the interior acoustics such as angles, traps and so on.
