To the webmaster/mods and other valued members of this board - thanks for putting your time into such a useful resource. I have a suggestion to improve its usefulness for newbies, however, which may make things easier for them, and for the people who choose to answer their questions. I haven't been reading this board for too long myself, but what I would have found useful when I began, and still probably would now, is some kind of glossary. I do understand that, firstly, you have the 'stickies' page, and secondly that you don't really have time to burn to do something like this, but I've noticed that there's probably not too many questions (other than project specific ones) that haven't been covered somewhere before. The problem with this is, firstly there's a lot to sort through, secondly, you guys have to discuss the same things many times, and thirdly that it allows for the possibility of confusing information if different posts on the same topic offer contradictory answers. I'd be great to be able to see instantly what, for example, 'HVAC' stands for, or to see what 'mud and caulk' involves or what 'rc' does. Okay those are common ones, but there are some more obscure ones which can really throw you sometimes when you're new and trying to understand a concept. Sure, you can search for all this stuff, but the problems listed above can make it difficult if not impossible. Which brings me to something else, the search engine available on this site is somewhat frustrating. Perhaps I'm just using it wrong, but I found the inability to search in topic title only (i.e. not in message body or in both) to be a problem, and also the inability to use quotations, '+' and '-' etc to be a pain also. I know I'm bitching allot  , but believe me when I say I do appreciate the site :)
