To drum room or not to drum room ...

Howdy, I am trying to decide if I should build an isolated drum room and vocal booth or leave my live room as one big room. Here is what my live room looks like now and what I was thinking of doing. Any thoughts? Thanks!!!

looks a bit small and confined to me - the low ceiling doesn't help either. where does it sit relative to the control room?? cheers john
