My new idea consist in 5 rooms with:
concrete block wall on the front side where I put the doors. Put steel studs with rockwool 40 mm and sheetrock 13mm.
The oposit side has got the existing concrete wall and steel studs with 40 mm rock wool and 13 mm sheet rock. The same that the door wall.
The wall between two rooms were made by 15 mm + 13 mm sheet rock with 40 mm rock wool with steel studs. and HERE is the question.... should I put another steel frame with rockwool and 2 ply of sheet rock, or directly 2 ply of sheet rock without another steel faming??
There is a HUGE diference?? this is the way to go if I float the rooms floor?? If I don't float the floor is quite isolation for rock bands jamming??
New ideas on jamming rooms

I like your idea of a continuous block wall for where the doors go; would you also put a second door in each cube, fastened to the inner steel frame? If so, and you float each floor separately and build the inner walls on top of each floor, that would give the best isolation between cubes.
Your blocks would need to be filled with sand, and each room would have its own steel framed inner walls, all four walls for each cube would be resting on it's own floated floor, tops of walls spaced with sway brackets, all walls filled with rockwool, floors filled too (very boomy floors otherwise)
What about ceilings, any thoughts on that yet? Steve
