What about 5'50 x 4'50 x 5'00 meters recording room?

Hi, I¡m thinking of some options for my recording room. I have 10'00 x 5'50 meters x 8'50 m maximum height. But I think 5 meter of height is enough. but steps design on ceiling is adviceble? 1 meter of ceiling and 10cm up for the next meter of ceiling and so on. The lower part closer to the control room window. Any advice? And my next and important question is: What will you do with a room of 5'50 m x 10 m x 8'50 m(max) if you want a bathroom a small iso booth , live room and control room. PLease help me!!!
