PLEASE HELP ME ON A STUDIO DESIGN ASSESSMENT

Hi, I'm studying sound engineering in Liverpool in my final year. One of my assessments is the design for a recording studio. Unfortunately it's not my strongest subject. For those of you who are intersted, your help would be very appreciated. I'm gonna attach the assignment as a PDF. It's not that big.
