Hello.
I am designing a recording studio for an audio school that me and a couple partners are building. We would like a control room large enough to accomodate an 8-9 ft console, one large studio floor, and 2-3 iso booths.
I attached the SDR file i created. All of the black walls are existing 6" thick brick walls that we do not wish to move. We are happy with the layout of the lounge, bathrooms and office. We just need the studio designed. Also, we are considering closing off the door on the east wall of the office.
Any alternate suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
thank you

maybe swing the control room around to use the wasted space and get a better view into the studio?

That looks good. Put a door out of the sound lock into behind the control room, there's your weird shaped little machine room.
