Hi, everybody! I'm projecting a business idea. I rent a 33 m x 10 m warehouse ande I want to build the highest number of practicing rooms but a good garage studio too, including bathrooms.
Using the lower door in the draw for the studio and the higher one for practicing rooms. I think practicing rooms should be of 16m2 size aproximately. 10 or 12 practicing rooms and a recording studio.
What do you think about this? advices please :roll:
