Basement update

Hello, last week i posted about a design from my friend´s basement studio. Mr. Sayers, thanks once more for helping out with your design idea. I have talked it over with my friend and he has decided once and for all that he does in fact want a live room, a control room, AND a 5.1 room. So this past weekend and these past days i worked like crazy on the Smart Draw and came up with 5 different designs. I showed them all to him, we talked some more and we decided the first design was the best one. I went back and redid the first one into two new versions. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions. I´ve never done this before so i feel somewhat insecure. Are these designs viable, are they correct and workable? I don´t mean in the sense of do i have the double walls right and are these single or double gypsum, or are the diffusers in the right place. I mean just are the overall room shapes good, is the arrangment ok? Is there any way to further maximize the use of space? Is the 5.1 room ok? What might be a source of problems? What don´t i see?
