Hello,
My name is Jerad & I live in Minnesota. I have plans on the table to design and finish the lower level the way a typical person would. However I am looking into the possibility of putting a Control Room with studio instead.
The square footage of the basement is roughly 2204 sq ft. I'd like to finish it completely.
In the Space I would like to utilize services in Tracking, Mixing & Mastering as well as video production in the Space. Ceilings are 10' tall.
if you have questions, please ask

Hey John,
Thanks for posting the current plans. I tried but it was too big. The way the bottom plan is layed out is perfect. I would like to have the studio designed within the exterior walls & the unexcavated Garage. I liked the way blue bear was laid out but it would be nice if there was a lounge with a kitchen & dining area or a bar or something. & if you could fit a nice office with techniche & coffee maker & front reception desk.
what - so you can use the unexcavated area as well?
cheers
john
John,
Yes, you can use under the garage. Its a Tuck-Under. There are 14' cielings with no beams. The builder I choose automatically gives a precast garage for extra bonus space. We were going to use it as a Sport Court. I have the cross section if youd' like me to send it your way.
Also as a note.
There is an error in the basement plan. The utility rooms has all been contained in the the storage room area. That storage room which contains the Utility room & the bathroom nearest are all totally roughed in & walls framed.
The staircase to the tuck under garage is 4' wide & 6'-5" long & has a total of 8 treads. the staircase is located on the 14'6" poured concrete wall.
