Hi, what would you do with this 18 x 12 foot room?

First time poster . . . any ideas what you would do to this room? The bottom right corner has a window that will be sealed and covered. The top right corner is only slanted on the top 2 feet. The area at the top left will have a door to a machine room. This will be a DAW-centered mixing rooom primarily for television post production. The room is basically 18 x 12 feet. The ceiling is 10ft. The grid equals 1 foot. Any insight would be appreciated. TIA, Jim
