PLEASE HELP TO CHOOSE

Hello, days ago i made a design for my studio: 1 control room, studio 1 and vocal booth (picture 1) but now i have another design: 1 control room and 1 studio, (picture 2) when i need to isolate one part of the room i will use panels. Please tell me wich one is better, i don´t have too much space so i don´t know wich one is the one for me. i will start the construction next week so any comment will help me very much. Thank you

i would go with the first design, but make the CR larger. Expand it down to the south wall and remove the smallest booth. This is just my opinion, there are probably more..=)
