Any body know where to get this stuff around the boston area. What kind of stores will have this material. :?: :?: Thanks, Luis.
check out the upholsterers Luis. They use it to cover lounge suites etc. cheers john
I went to a upholsters and they didn't have Dacron wrap..but according to them they had something similar called polyester wrap they use it the same way as dacron. Could I use this material for the hangers? Luis.
Dacron is a type of polyester - I'll bet you its the same stuff. *But* that raises a question: On the SAE site it shows hangers as being fiberboard with insulation (rigid?) glued to each side. Can I get good performance by just wrapping the fiberboard with dacron/polyester wrap? That would be a LOT easier! -lee-
Yes - You can use dacron (polyester) for the hangers., cheers john
