This is my first studio design. Don't know if it will get built, I'm looking into how much it would cost.
But I thought I would post it to get some opinions on the design and layout.
It's 720 sq. ft., 20 ft. * 36 ft.

This plan is 20 x 35
No Idea of prices in Tulsa.
DIY I'd guess at about 10k
