im in the process of buildinga control room, i dont have enough room for sliding glass doors. however how about a single glass door or two. what should i look for and where. would home depot or lowes be the right place or should i specially order it?
Home Depot carries pre-hung doors that are mostly glass (they're called "full glazed", but have about 6" around the perimeter of the door built of wood or metal). They're usually exterior doors, which means they're solid core (the wood part, anyway) and supposedly have good weatherstripping. If you were planning on using a sliding glass door, this would be the swinging-door alternative. Make it a 3'0 wide door if you can- it sucks carrying a kick drum thru anything smaller. ;) Hope this helps...
