Just got the new site for the studio. Now I need some advice on how to set things up. First time creating a studio outside of the bedroom.
Hope the makeshift floorplan is understandable....

You say it's an 8Ft ceiling but that appears to be to the base of the drop ceiling. What is the actual ceiling height (i.e. to above the drop ceiling)
cheers
john
Thank you for stopping in John. The ceiling actual is 10 ft.
Room 2's walls can be knocked down as well. The Main Room had offices all the way down to the door but we dismantled them. Was unsure of wheather to knock Room 2 and Room 3 down and re-distrubute the space.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I will be taking more pics this afternoon....
Ok mark up the entrance to the facility.
that large open space can totally function as your studio. here is a 23x50 plan that can be reduced to fit...
Thanks Bryan,
Hey I see your're in Detroit as well. Cool looking studio you posted. I really appreciate that. The door to my bldg. is on the other side though.
Another thought, how would I access the rest of the facility?
Joe
You would just have to flip the layout to fit. that loung area of course can be knocked open to accomodate access to your other rooms.
Where R U located. Detroit is broad. LOL
My studio is located in the HP.
Here is another version of that space ala John Sayers. :)
Looked at your diagram and got a better grasp on your layou after i posted that last desing. That design might work out well for providing access to the rest of your faciliy. Just shrink the drum room, lose booth 2 and keep a "to Code" hallway)
