Suggestions on New Studio Design

Ill finaly be out of my 10X11 studio in the next few months. Presently planning the new studio (see attached). Need your input on the layout. This is a new construction (Addon to the house) 26" X 18" 8" high ceiling. The bathroom must stay put (maybe can double as ISO both?). Everything else can be moved.

Go with a corner layout control room.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been going through a lot of posts and I'm noticing better designs. I'm trying to modify the space to get a good sounding CR and at lest one maybe two ISO or instead one main room. My big problem is placement???

I don't know how accurately your plan is to scale, but here is a place to start. The large numbers of doors and windows puts quite a bit of restrictions on the plan. Can some be eliminated?

Look at the new config. What do gou think? Would this be more workable? The total size 26X18 must not change but the configuration can vary while keeping the washroom in that area.

New revision. This seams much better. Need help to complet ISO's. Also Treatment for the CR and ISO.
