Wall Plates

Hello all, I am looking to buy some wall plates with XLR and 1/4" TRS. I was looking at the combo XLR/14" TRS connectors, anyone using these? I am planning to have the control room in the middle and two ISO rooms on the two sides. I want two XLR/1/4" combo connectors on the two walls next to the control room desk to plug in microphones and guitars. Please recommend where to buy wall plates, panel boxes and wires to achieve this. I would prefer to get pre-made wall plates with two of these connectors if they are available.
