Building a new studio

I have a record company and we recently purchased a building to construct a studio. The floor where we have the studio is 33 feet long and 23 feet wide. I drew this crude layout. We would like to have a control room, vocal booth, and live room. PLEASE WE NEED HELP! Any suggestions on possible layout?
