I have a space that is 12x30, with 8ft ceilings, and I'd like to build a control room and a tracking room. The length of the control room I'd like to keep at 12' since there is an existing wall (stds only). So that would leave a 12'w x 18'L tracking room. SORRY NO DRAWINGS AVAILABLE!! I plan to float the floor and splay the walls if possible. Any suggestions??

Start by looking at the plans in the SAE pages. They are off the main page Recording Manual, or something like that. Then look at all the studios (most of which have plans in their pages) in the Studios Under Construction. Then think of your budget.
When you post again, please update your profile so that we have at least an idea of what part of the world you are in.
We are a friendly bunch, we don't bite hard. Direction is required to give usefull answers though.

All you would have to do is widen the control room by about 5', the live room by 4' and add a slat resonator wall on the north wall of the Live room.
