Studio Construction in Norway!

Hi, my name is Lars and this is my first post here at the forum :D I´ve been running a studio in the south of Norway for 8 years now and suddenly bought a pretty big "storage hall" on an impulse last week since I can no longer run the studio where i´ve had it the last 8 years. At this time it´s a huge empty "box" with concrete flooring and wood on the walls. The dimensions is 10m x 4m x 5.75m so it´s pretty big. I will be building to floors, CR in the 2nd floor and a tracking room in the first floor. I will need a Booth of some sort too. In my calculations I think the control room should be something like 5.59 x 3.84 x 2.4 meters ? I´m kind of standing on bare bones here, so I hope and prey for a little help in getting started :( I am hoping to keep the budget under 5000$ and at least under a maximum of 7000$. Prices in Norway are sky high so I´ve estimated a little lower than the reality since 7000$ usually turn out more like 10000$ in Norway :P At this time the "box" is looking like this: :D
