Controlroom en live room

Hello there! What a great forum, a lot to learn here! I am in need of some advice! Could you guys and girls help me out with the following. I am going to move to a new studio in which i only could change the setting of the windows a little (shown on the left in the picture) but the rest is fixed. The ceiling height is 2.6 meters. I am aiming on a separate control room and a recording room. I make music for theatre and work alone most of the time. I don't make a lot of noise. The studio is located in the house, so I don't need any extra facilities. There are no neighbours and its a quiet area. I have made two designs (which could be better to my opinion). could you guys give me some tips and or advice? It is much appreciated! -Design 1; a nice control room, but the live room is a bit to much of a cube? -Design 2; a better live room, but the control room may a bit to small? -Or maybe all in one room, without division?
