Hi there,
I'm building a control room in my basement and have a question:
Is this considered as a triple leaf?
-Concrete (ground floor) / XPS (extruded polystyrene) / OSB / Parquet underlay / Parquet (quickstep)
What would you recommend between the OSB and the parquet?
There's more details about my studio project here if needed:

No, that's not really a triple leaf system, because the insulation is polystyrene, which is closed-cell.
Use whatever the manufacturer of the parquet recommends. The main thing is to make sure that there's no air gaps inside that floor, in any of the layers. - Stuart -What would you recommend between the OSB and the parquet?
Thank you Soundman2020, I really feel better now
