Hi, I'm now finishing my studio, thanks to many helps here in this list. But there is some work to do regarding finishing the wall. I'm going to cover almost the whole control room wall with rockwool covered with burlaps, except the slot resonator at the back of the room. Am I overdoing it? Should I leave the side walls untreated? They are plastered brick walls. Ari

The more logical solution would have been the slot resonators on the side splayed walls, and the rockwool in the back of the room. How long is the CR? What did you do for your ceiling and floor? I guess if your ceiling is absorbing and your floor is carpeted then you probably shouldn't put the rockwool absorption all the way around. It'd be too dead, probably resulting in your mixes having too much reverb in them. And yeah...post some pics too...ithink everyone enjoys cgecking pics out.. cheers :)
