Hi!
I´m designing my Control Room, but I´ve this dilema.
There´s a 6 (l) x 5 (w) x 4 (h) space for build the Control Room, this measures correspond to the coeficients 1 - 1.28 - 1.54 (for a rectangular room), but I don´t know if it convenient to design a Control Room with unparallel walls.
We´re short in money, so we decided to do the walls from Cement Bricks (40x20x20 cm) cover by 50 mm RockWool with fabric.
I can´t post a picture ´cuz it doesn´t accept pict extensions.
Thanks for advance!
This site rocks!

Control Room Design

Yes , it's ok if the walls are not parallel...have you searched around here for studio plans? There's a few in the "studios under construction" section and on the SAE site. have you got this place built and now you want to put brick walls as your internal walls, or are you bricking it up from scratch?? If you have outer shell already, it's probably cheaper to do stud framed walls inside, unless you're a brick layer or can get it done for really cheap . Also you wouldnt get much low end absorption by just sticking the wool on the walls... try and post some plans/drawings cheersHi! Hi! Thanks for the input :D
I´m doing the plans, from sketch, there´s no construction built yet.
I found a Control Room design in the SAE site, this could be a start point.
The Layout of the Facility could be something like the first draw (Studio 1 - Control Room - Equipment Room).
Thanks a lot! :D
